We accept returns or exchanges 15 days from the delivery date. Please review the details below.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
Return and Exchange Requirements
Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, and warranty repair services. Low Cost Batteries.com, Inc must authorize all returns.
Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received. When it is necessary to return a product, please contact rma@lowcostbatteries.com or Customer Service at 877-462-2883.
All returns, regardless of how they were shipped or where they were shipped must have an RMA Number (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number).
All authorized returns should have the authorization number marked on the outside of the package and returned to the following address:

Additional Information
Due to the fact that we process thousands of orders weekly, items returned without an RMA number may be set aside until we hear from the customer.
When you contact us via rma@lowcostbatteries.com or call Customer Service requesting a RMA to return a product, we will either issue the RMA at that time, or contact the customer through the email provided with the RMA number.
Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
Non Defective Battery:
Returns can be accepted within 15 days from receiving the item. All returns must be authorized by Low Cost Batteries.com, Inc. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.
All Non Defective Battery returns are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee.
Defective Battery:
Once the product has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and the customer will be credited for the returned product if it is within the fifteen (15) days, after the fifteen (15) days, the warranty takes over and a replacement will be shipped out or a Store Credit will be given.
Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.
When will I get my refund?

Refunds will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card account number. When returning items to a Low Cost Batteries,Inc. the credit is applied at the time of the return and usually posts to the credit card within 3-5 Business Days. If you send an item back to us, please allow 3-5 business days of processing time.
IMPORTANT:
-Packages returned without the RMA number will not be replaced and no credit will be issued.
-Low Cost Batteries, Inc. will refund the original purchase price of the product only. Shipping and handling, are not refundable.
-After fifteen (15) days, every product is covered under the warranty, Low Cost Batteries, Inc., does not refund shipping cost in any circumstances to send the battery back after the fifteen (15) days. Shipping cost to return the battery is up to the customer, Low Cost Batteries, Inc., only pays for shipping out the replacement product.
